: You should wear your identification badges during all activities. At the end of the conference, please leave your badge in the box by the Information Desk so that we can re-use them and be kinder to the environment.

: All workshops start on the dot. To avoid overcrowding, we may be forced to limit the admission to certain workshops. Try to be punctual and always have a second choice.
: Participants fulfilling the official requirements (DOGA, 13/1/1995), will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance for 23 hours.
Avoid unfair and unpleasant situations by not asking for a certificate unless you have complied with the conditions.
can be collected after the closing plenary from 6.00pm to 6.20pm on Saturday evening, and then again after the performance at 8.00pm. Please do not queue after 6.20pm or else we will be delaying the performance.
: If you begin filling in your evaluation card in advance, you will have a better idea of what workshops you’ll attend. Don’t forget to hand it in at the end of the conference; the feedback of participants helps us run better workshops.
Again, there will be two plays this year. Adam’s Atomic Socks, specially designed for primary audiences, will be performed at 1.30pm on Saturday, but attendance is recommended, not mandatory.
You don’t have to register for the monographic courses in advance. Moreover, you can either attend the whole series or individual sessions. The monographics this year are:
To get in touch with others, leave a message on the sheets left at the reception. Write your name and what your special interest is. Look for like-minded individuals for inspiration. There will be a chance for the various groups to get together on Friday evening. Look for notices for times and locations after lunch on Friday.

APIGA’s Xornadas are never intended to be all work and no play. Meet new and old colleagues and friends at the offered by the Concello de Betanzos to all participants at the Aula de Cultura (Edificio Liceo) on Thursday evening. Remember to take the invitation you will find in the folder. Write your name on it and take it with you together with your identification badge.
